Meinl 16" Napa Head - Black

MEINL Napa Heads add a whole new flavour for low-end drums. The heads feature a two-layer construction with a strong thin Mylar (plastic) under layer and a soft Napa surface securely bound together in a metal hoop. The thicker surface layer dampens and softens the attack while eliminating any unwanted higher frequencies.
